Arrival at the Office:
After a warm welcome, we will need to get some information about you. Please come in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete our Confidential Patient Record Form or to save time, click here to download a printable copy of the Confidential Patient Record Form and complete it prior to your arrival. Questions will be asked about your medical and dental history. Please bring a list of any medications you are presently taking or are allergic to.
Diagnosis:
We will take the necessary X-rays to assist us in diagnosing the condition of your teeth and gums. We will evaluate and explain what we discover. We have an intra oral camera which enables us to show you incredible magnified pictures of the inside of your mouth on a TV monitor.
Treatment Plan Suited to Your Needs:
If your treatment requires extensive planning, we will arrange a time for you to return to discuss various options tailored to suite your individual needs. If your initial visit is an emergency, we make it our priority to provide you with relief, as quickly as possible. Our infection control procedures are of the highest standard virtually eliminating the chances of cross contamination.
Insurance:
We accept all insurances. If we have not already received the necessary information regarding your dental insurance benefits, please bring these with you to your first visit. As long as you can provide us with your necessary dental insurance information, we may be able to process your claim forms electronically and before you leave our offices.
Payment:
To assist you in financing your dental treatment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, cheques and cash.
